We ship virtually all orders via the UPS Ground service, with enhanced battery extensions (fully insured for dangerous goods including Lithium Batteries) across all US mainland States. We believe the UPS Ground service is reasonably cost effective and extremely reliable.

If you need something in a desperate hurry, please contact us to see if we can meet your deadlines! Our system has been setup to try to accommodate a wide range of products, weights and sizes, .

Order processing can take 1-5 days, many products in stock in multiples, some made to order and sometimes a small number can be on back order. So please allow an additional 3-5 day production lead time on some lithium models. We aim to add additional text to all battery web listings, for any products that fall into this 'On Demand Order' category.
