    BRAILLE AGM BATTERY WARRANTY & CONDITIONS

    *Please be aware that you must Register Your Product to qualify for the Warranty.

     

    Braille batteries are trusted around the world as the highest quality, most reliable batteries available. We maintain the strictest quality control standards and perform performance checks on all our batteries before shipment to the customer. This prevents dead-on-arrival batteries.

     

    We offer a ‘free replacement warranty’ for the following periods: 

    1 YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT:  Lightweight (B106, B129 and B14115) 

    2 YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT:  Lightweight (B2015, B2317, B2618, B3121) 

    3 YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT:  Endurance Advance, Endurance MARINE 

     *Warranty Terms & Conditions 

    • The product must have an original purchase receipt to be eligible for a warranty. Without 'Proof of Purchase', ShopBraille reserves the right to deny any warranty claim. 
    • ShopBraille warranties are non-transferable. Warranties are meant for the original owner only. If the item is resold from the original purchaser to any other buyer (i.e. ebay, forums, in a vehicle, etc.), no warranty is available.
    • All warranty claims must be initiated to ShopBraille Warranty Department within the warranty period (i.e. B14115 before the 1-year warranty has expired; B3121 before the 2-year warranty has expired). Physical Return of AGM batteries without proper arrangement will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    • Each item is only eligible for ONE FREE replacement. No warranty is offered on replacement batteries.
    • ShopBraille reserves the right to deny any warranty claim. 

     

    *Warranty Claim Process 

    • Contact Warranty@BrailleBattery.com with the following information:
      • Customer Name
      • Phone
      • Shipping Address
      • Battery Model
      • Date Purchased
      • Proof of Purchase
      • Battery Issue
      • Picture/Scan of battery test result using AGM battery tester WITH CCA or CA estimation. 
    • If the battery is determined to be damaged and under warranty, a replacement will be shipped out free of charge
    • It is the customer's responsibility to recycle the damaged battery at a local battery recycling center.
