Order Processing Time: Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 days for order processing. Some products may be in stock, while others may be made to order or on backorder. If you have any questions about the availability of a specific product, please feel free to message us before placing your order.
Notification: After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the availability of the items and provide you with an estimated pickup date. We will also notify you if there are any issues or delays with your order. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Payment: Payment for your order can be made online through our secure payment gateway. We currently accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments at our depot.
Identification: When collecting your order, please bring a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport. This is to ensure that we release the order to the correct person.
